More than just housekeeping
In a senior care facility housekeeping is more than simply making beds, vacuuming, and the occasional dusting. In a facility setting, there are far greater concerns including, but not limited to, infection control and the safety concerns associated with the use of certain cleaning products. Cleaning schedules must ensure that residents’ personal spaces are kept neat and orderly while at the same time common areas must be cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day.
From personal housekeeping to laundry service our housekeeping staff works long and hard to ensure that these high standards are met. Often times people associate certain odors with assisted living and nursing care facilities, at Windsor our housekeepers and nursing staff ensure that we pass the “smell test”!
